As a Floor Lead, you’ll be at the heart of the action, managing a team while ensuring our guests have the adventure of a lifetime. Expect 8 to 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Weekends and holidays are part of the deal, as we’re a 7-day-a-week operation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Charge: As the manager on duty, you’ll be in charge of a team, offering direct support to managers and crew, and making quick decisions to keep things running smoothly.
- Employee Relations: Manage team dynamics, handle challenges on the fly, and keep morale high even during busy, high-stress moments.
- Client Relations: You’ll be the go-to person for guest interaction, ensuring every person’s experience is safe, fun, and unforgettable.
- Scheduling Support: Help juggle schedules to ensure all shifts are covered during peak times.
- Safety First, Always: Oversee the operation of tour vehicles and ensure every guest’s safety throughout the trip, while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Prep & Execute: Lead the team through pre- and post-trip preparations to ensure smooth operations every single day.
- Master the Roads: Safely drive and navigate tour vehicles on highways and rugged terrain while keeping up the energy and excitement for guests.
- Time Management: Handle multiple priorities with ease, ensuring everything runs on time even in the most chaotic moments.
- Experience Under Pressure: 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience, with the ability to stay cool and focused when things get hectic.
- Attention to Detail: You are the type that does not let anything slip through the cracks, even in high-stress situations.
- Off-Road Skills: Experience with Jeeps or off-road vehicles is a big plus.
- First Aid & CPR: Must be Valid
- Problem-Solver: Quick thinker with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Outdoor Enthusiast: Passion for nature, history, and geology, and love sharing it with others.
- People Person: High-energy, great with people, and able to engage with a wide variety of guests from all over the world.
- $20-$23 per hour (before tips), based on your experience, skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
