Position: Seasonal Off-Road Adventure Tour Guide
Season: May - October
Hours: 8 to 10-hour workdays; weekend/holiday shifts required
Status: Full-time and part-time positions available
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and passionate Off-Road Adventure Tour Guides who share a love for the outdoors and can provide our guests with a unique and unforgettable experience while delivering top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:

Conducting tour narration
Managing client relations
Maintaining and inspecting vehicles, and keeping records
Operating tour vehicles safely
Ensuring the safety of tour clients
Preparing for and wrapping up trips
Upholding high standards of safety rules and regulations
Maintaining a neat and professional appearance
Driving on highways and Forest Service roads

Preferences:

Extremely detail-oriented
Experience with off-road vehicles, such as Jeeps
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Excellent driving record
Defensive driving skills and a clean driver’s license
Ability to pass a DOT physical
Capability to conduct tours for up to 10 hours per day
Team player who is self-motivated, with good judgment and problem-solving skills
Experience in guiding, educating, sales, or customer service preferred
Outdoor enthusiast with interests in flora, fauna, history, archaeology, and geology
Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to engage with a diverse range of people
Strong time management and punctuality

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $15 to $17 per hour before tips, depending on qualifications, skills, and operational needs.
