Description: JOB SUMMARY: Oversees front desk operations acting as gatekeeper for internal and external communications while giving high quality customer service to incoming callers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee operations of front desk to include answering phone, routing calls to appropriate party, greeting guests and assisting with flow of incoming and outgoing traffic.
Ensures physical security procedures are followed when guests arrive and exit.
Prepares and processes special project mailings.
Sorts incoming mail and deliveries for distribution and notifies employees of arrival in a timely manner.
Provides employees assistance with other projects as needed.
Keep employee list and phone lists up to date.
Requirements:
Professional appearance and friendly attitude
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Dependable
Self-motivated
Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of twenty pounds.
