Receptionist | Monticello Hospital

Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team and become the welcoming presence of Centra Care Monticello! This position provides information, direction, and assistance to visitors and patients in a confidential and courteous manner. You will interact with patients and visitors of all ages, support and implement patient safety protocols, and uphold other practices as appropriate.
Schedule:

32 hours every two weeks
Shifts include variable days Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3pm
No weekends or Holidays

Pay:

Starting at $17.16 however, we pay more for experience

Education:

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Experience:

2 years of administrative experience preferred.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Strong interpersonal human relation skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervisor and self-motivated.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to use standard office equipment.
