Purpose of Position
Postdoctoral researcher will work with scientists from the Materials Manufacturing Initiative
Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include writing research reports, meeting with other researchers, working with graduate students, collaborating on and presenting scientific papers, and grant and proposal writing. The candidate will have a high level of understanding of materials science and the mechanics of materials.

Required Competencies
The candidates should have adequate knowledge of 3D printing, polymers, composites, materials characterization, mechanical testing, image analysis, and engineering design.

Minimum Requirements

Ph D in Materials Science or related disciplines
Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
