Key Responsibilities:
A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:
- Manage a pest control route day to day operations.
- Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections for pests.
- Communicate effective solutions for customer needs. One-time to continual maintenance.
- Provide estimates timely.
- Apply pesticides according to schedule, Safety procedures and Label instructions.
- Safe and efficient setting and removal of rodent traps, wasp, hornet, and bees’ nests.
- Maintain inventory of pesticides, and all supplies needed to perform daily duties.
- Continually build your knowledge of pest control inspection processes, procedures, and methods.
- Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly.
- Assist with generating new sales leads.
- Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
- Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
- Use all safety equipment as instructed.
- Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
- Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
- Any other Pest Control Technician duties assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Pest Control experience preferred but not required.
