Position Overview:

As a Parking Lot Attendant / Parking Lot Cashier, you will play a crucial role in managing our parking facilities and creating a positive experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for handling cash, debit, and credit transactions, directing vehicles, and maintaining a safe and organized parking area.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist event attendees with a friendly and professional attitude.
Process parking fees through cash, debit, and credit transactions, ensuring accurate handling and issuing receipts.
Direct vehicles to available parking spaces efficiently.
Monitor parking lot for any issues or concerns and address them promptly.
Maintain a clean and orderly parking area, including signage and equipment.
Provide directions and information to guests as needed.
Assist with any other tasks related to parking lot operations as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus.
Familiarity with debit/credit card processing preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
