Mixing Plant Field Supervisor
Responsible for direct supervision of personnel, coordination of field operations, and maintenance of company assets within assigned division. Employees in this role are required to possess a valid drivers’ license, have two years of verifiable relevant experience, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and pass all pre-employment screenings.

- Maintaining accountability of issued equipment.
- Maintenance and light repair of company assets.
- Performing routine job duties of employees if required.
- Assisting the Divisional Manager with monitoring of metrics related to safety and business results.
- Any other duties assigned.
