Accounts Payable Specialist
CNC Oilfield Services is accepting applications for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Review invoices for proper documentation and approval, process and upload them into accounting software. Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, approval, and payment.
- Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and any other charges.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and ensure timely data entry.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Resolve any vendor statement discrepancies. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address and resolve any billing or payment issues.
- Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Any other assigned duties

Experience with Oracle Net Suites
- Experience with Excel
- Knowledge of Louisiana and Texas Sales Tax Regulations
- Familiarity with oil and gas operations
- Be a team player
