Trucking Processor
Job Description: Responsible for the complete billing process from tickets to invoices for all CNC customers within assigned division. Employees in this role are required to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office experience, previous billing experience in the O&G industry preferred, demonstrate the ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail and pass all pre-employment screenings.

- Works within multiple programs including trucking and accounting software.
- Coordinate tickets and supplemental documentation from applicable sites.
- Review digital and physical tickets for accurate information as applies.
- Create/Submit job tickets and invoices to appropriate destination(s) timely and efficiently.
- Effectively communicate and work directly with CNC operations, office staff, and customers in a professional manner.
- Processing, sorting, scanning, and filing paperwork.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
