Assist in performing routine preventive maintenance tasks.
Help with installations and repairs.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Handle tools and equipment used for maintenance work.
Assist in inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
Report to the Maintenance Supervisor regularly about ongoing tasks and potential issues.
Follow all safety and company rules and regulations.
Perform basic tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and fixing leaks
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
Report any significant maintenance repairs to supervisor
Perform basic carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks
Adhere to safety procedures and protocols
Keep a log of maintenance work and repairs
Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
