Mailroom Clerk, part-time
Medical Associates is looking for a part-time Mailroom Clerk to join our Distribution team!
Schedule/Hours: The schedule for this position is a rotation of 5 days on and 5 days off, working 7:30am - 4:30pm. The 5 on 5 off is Thursday, Friday, and the following Monday-Wednesday.
Location: 1500 Associates Drive, Dubuque, IA 52002
What You'll Be Doing:
Experience: From three months to one year of similar or related experience.
Education: Equivalent to a high school education.
Interpersonal Skills: Normal courtesy in dealing with others is required. Work involves minimal contacts, usually within the organization. Contact usually involving routine, non-sensitive issues.
Other Skills: Operate/maintain mailroom equipment and knowledge of current postal regulations and requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Sort, weigh, and post outgoing USPS mail, UPS, Fed Ex & USPS parcels according to established rates and clinic policy.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes to all locations.
- Compare and complete cost evaluations between shipping vendors for best pricing practices.
- Act in relief capacity for Distribution Courier.
- Assemble and process bulk mailings for all Medical Associates entities
- Arrange conference room furniture as desired by requester
- Complete all other assigned projects and duties.
