Seeking detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Assistant in their Mc Pherson, Kansas office. This position requires the individual be physically present at the location and not remote.
Duties include:
1. Preparation of Court Pleadings, Contracts, Correspondence, etc.
2. Answering Phone and Returning Calls
3. Client Interaction and Support
4. Scheduling Appointments
5. Filing Documents with Various Courts
6. Gathering information from clients and third parties at attorney direction
7. Using dictation equipment
8. Witnessing wills and other documents to be notarize
