Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Reliable and punctual.
- High standard of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality is a must
Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties to include answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
- Accepting and processing deliveries of mail, Federal Express and UPS.
- Preparation of office inventories; maintaining accurate files; maintain and prepare reports, spreadsheets and other records as required on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Maintaining training files and records; schedule employee trainings; etc.
Pre-requisites:
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.
- Be able to lift up to 70lbs on a regular basis.
- Must be a local (in-state) resident.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully pass pre-employment screening and background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Must complete SIDA training to obtain an airport authority identification security badge.
- Must possess a High School diploma or GED.
