SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
Responsible for interviewing and recommending candidates for employment, supervises and coordinates the daily duties of the Slot Attendants.
Schedule training, assess performance, maintain attendance records and complete the PIP process when needed.
Authorizes jackpots as per the Slots Procedures Manual.
Ensures that all equipment functions properly and efficiently during the shift and reports any malfunctions to the Slot Technical staff immediately.
Attends to all machine errors immediately.
Conducts minor technical repairs on slot equipment.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of all machine instructions and codes.
Identifies regular slot players and communicates this information to Guest Services and the Cash Desk.
Answers promptly any calls for assistance from employees or guests and assists them in any way possible relating to the play of the machines.
Records any problems or unusual situations in the logbook.
Be TIPS certified and practice this knowledge daily.
Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately.
PREREQUISITES
General:Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Key Gaming License. May require a math test.
Education:High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience:Minimum one year gaming experience, preferably in slot machine operations.
Physical:Requires standing, walking for long periods, up to 4 hours at a time; must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally. Requires normal vision, color acuity, and hand-eye coordination; must have normal finger and manual dexterity, as well as the abilities to grasp, kneel, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions.
