Salary Range - $63,000 to $73,000
Clearance - Secret Clearance
SUMMARY: Provides administrative support to management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze internal office workflow and assist the government in establishing procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
Support the execution, tracking, and resolution of Travel functions in the Defense Travel System (DTS)
Manage the operational schedule of senior leadership for the Army Reserve and National Guard which includes: forecasting commitments, de-conflicting problems, and projecting appointments from historically recurring requirements.
Manage automated calendars to schedule, de-conflict, and prioritize appointments.
Review correspondence in final format for signature by RFO senior leadership
Conduct and routinely provide RFO leadership with research and analysis on a wide range of subjects. This includes preparation of reports or presentations summarizing and incorporating findings and conclusions pertaining to student data.
Routinely, track and report assigned RFO personnel.
Prepare and produce materials and hand-outs, using input from RFO leadership, for meetings and conferences.
Calendar VIP visits to the RFO on the RFO Senior Advisor’s schedules
Coordinate with the appropriate personnel for all IT-related issues.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MUST HAVE experience with Defense Travel System (DTS), preferably with Army Reserve and National Guard
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constant changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Acute attention to detail.
Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
