Digital Media Administrator WAMC Northeast Public Radio is seeking a full-time Digital Media Administrator responsible for all aspects of keeping website and mobile application content and design fresh, backed up, and fully functional. This role ensures that content effectively engages the public radio audience across all digital channels. The position collaborates closely with content creators to deliver seamless digital experiences that support the station’s mission and objectives. Responsibilities and Duties · Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of WAMC's website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and reflective of the station’s brand and mission. · Ensure website functionality, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the IT department for technical support as needed. · Manage the integration of audio, video, and multimedia content across the site. · Collaborate with reporters, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate posting of content across digital channels. · Manage the content calendar, ensuring that updates, stories, and promotional materials are published in a timely manner. · Coordinate with the membership and programming teams to enhance the online presence of key programs and events. · Monitor all digital mediums each day for errors and updates. · Evaluate website analytics. · Create and present monthly analytic reports on social media, website, digital streaming, podcast, and other data. · Maintain working knowledge of NPR platforms to support staff training and changes/updates. · Create weekly and monthly marketing communications. Qualifications · Ability to multi-task and shift priorities. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Strong organizational skills and attention to details. · Professional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Grove, data analytics, social media marketing, podcasting, design, and web development. · The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is critical. · Availability for night and weekend work expected and occasionally required. · Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media Arts or Design; or equivalent experience.
