Digital Content Specialist
JOB TITLE: Digital Consultant
Temp Role
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: immediately
Work Hours: 8-5pm
100% Onsite - MASON, OH
1st round of INT - MS Teams Video; 2nd round ONSITE (Mason, OH)
Responsibilities:
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:
- Support digital technologies in use by brands of Luxottica
- Collaborates with L1-L3 Digital Support teams to ensure tickets are being worked and documented to completion
- Independently identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems with minimal supervision
- Process documentation
- Handle escalations effectively, providing excellent customer service
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution of all issues
- Report generation
- Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of the following:
- o Samsung display technologies and content management software o LED display technology o Programming skills to automate and streamline support processes o Computer networking
- Proficient in Windows OS and remote-control software
- Self-starter and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with the following technologies is a plus: o Magic Info o Meraki o Airwatch o Help Desk Advanced
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
