Job Title: Business Systems Analyst/QA Analyst
Job Description: The Technical Business Analyst facilitates and leads others in defining, developing and delivering IT and technology solutions through collaboration with leaders to gather and prioritize market and client requirements. This BA will play a key role in ensuring projects and initiatives meet objectives by increasing adoption and usage. This role will focus on business processes, systems, and systems integration to identify issues, drive delivery, and adoption. Will support the complete Solution Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including: discovery, planning, requirements gathering, specification documentation, testing, training, implementation and support.
Work hours: 8 am – 5pm EST with some flexibility

Duration: 12/31/2024 - possible extension
HYBRID ROLE - expected to work a hybrid model (in office 2+ days per week) in Mason, OH office. The resource will need to work the same hours as the other team members in the Mason office when working remotely.
Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements
Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, wireframes, visual designs, mockups, and testing web-based systems
Experience with software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test architecture, test design principles for black-box, grey-box and white-box testing
Experience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data research.

Experience in Facets claims and eligibility
Experience in Healthcare and/or Health Insurance industries
Strong organizational/leadership skills with ability to coordinate in a diverse, dynamic environment
Required levels/ Years of Experience education: 8-10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst Reason for Request: Client is modernizing it’s claim entry system. In order for the team to support this approved capital project, we need a resource to support the day-to-day initiatives for our workstream. This person would be responsible for the data updates and business initiatives that must still be completed while the current team members are being moved to support the capital project. The initiatives that are implemented in this platform support key business initiatives for new business and client partners. In addition, the platform has multiple integrations with other vendors that require testing and updates and the vendors require.
