Jake's Hot Chicken - Immediate Cashier Position

Jake's Hot Chicken, a family-oriented company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in managing transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities of a cashier:

Managing transactions, making sure pricing is accurate
Accepting payments and providing receipts
Providing upstanding guest service.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises
Managing transactions using a cash register
Balancing the cash register
Accepting payments in cash, credit, or check
Providing change and receipts
Resolving customer complaints
Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate

Requirements:

Must have at least a high school degree
Basic computer knowledge
Good math skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively resolve complaints
