The Care Pro Training Associate provides an exceptional first experience for new Care Professionals (our caregivers) through conducting a high volume of orientations. This person will be responsible for vetting candidates as the final group interviewer and also ensuring each new employee is equipped with a clear understanding of our policies and their expectations on the platform. This is a hybrid role, supporting in-person training twice per week. Responsibilities:
Conduct 2-3 in-person orientations per week, as well as virtual orientations as needed
Assist with the gathering and completion of pre-hire documentation when needed
Build rapport with candidates, ensuring we provide an exceptional and engaging initial experience
Validate candidates’ fit for our platform based on their engagement and demonstration of aptitude and skill throughout the orientation & ensure adherence to Honor’s policies and procedures, recognizing when to escalate situations and when to problem-solve directly
Liaise with internal and external team members to communicate Care Pro updates
Conduct reassessments & upskilling orientations for tenured Care Pros’ transfer skills as needed
Complete post-orientation administrative tasks
Participate in in-person recruiting events as needed
Willingness to flex into other tasks to support the broader onboarding team as needed
Qualifications
1+ years experience teaching, training, or facilitating employee onboarding
Excellent verbal communication and time management skills
Ability to present to a group effectively, virtual presentation experience required
Track record of identifying and adapting to individuals’ unique learning styles and needs effectively and compassionately
Strong interpersonal and observational skills in order to evaluate/monitor quality and progress of Care Pros
Strong customer service in all communications - in person or via phone, text, and e-mail
Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training. Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program. Honor offers equity and 401K with up to a 4% match. We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees. Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance are fully employer paid with a voluntary additional Life Insurance option. Hourly Hiring Range
$22.75—$25.25 USD

Most of our positions are remote/work from home and do not require permanent relocation.
