Responsibilities:
- Conduct data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and process weekly check runs
- Develop and manage purchase orders
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Execute payroll tasks, managing both weekly and biweekly timesheets
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks
- Conduct month-end close procedures
- Maintain accuracy in bookkeeping duties
- Utilize Quick Books for various accounting tasks.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Capability to perform Bank Reconciliations
- Knowledge of Bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficient in Data Entry tasks
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle Month End Close tasks
- Experience in managing Payroll
- Proficiency in using Quick Books software for financial management
