Bilingual Account Manager
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Account Manager is responsible for closing all signed contracts with homeowners (meeting insurance adjusters, following up with home owners, collecting checks, seeing project to complestion), ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals. The successful candidate will be able to leverage their technical sales expertise to drive revenue growth and increase our market share.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage a all signed contracts from outside sales teams
-Schedule Insurance Adjuster meetings
-Help navigate the insurance process with the homeowner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Utilize CRM to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and market awareness.
- Identify and address customer pain points, using that information to improve our products and services.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in account management and sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical information.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with business development and market research, with a deep understanding of the market and competitors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
