Key Responsibilities:
· Provide an exceptional service experience for all customers, ensuring complete satisfaction (CSI).
· Advise customers on necessary repairs and services, communicating clearly and effectively.
· Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
· Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate service.
· Maintain detailed customer records and service reports.
· Uphold Acura/Honda standards to ensure high-level service excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience: 3-5 years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry, with Acura/Honda experience preferred.
· Customer Satisfaction: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction (CSI) ratings.
· Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with customers.
· Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge: Familiarity with Acura/Honda vehicles and service processes is a strong advantage.
