Receptionist – Auto Dealership The candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be a self-starter, confident and friendly. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to emails and calls. Must be able to handle other tasks as assigned by the manager. Part Time Job Responsibilities
Handle all incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate department
Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail
Greeting clients and providing them with a high-quality experience when they are onsite
Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personal for vehicle status updates
Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance
Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as appropriate
Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED Compensation
Based on experience
Yearly salary up to $25,000
Requirements
Valid Driver's License
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office: 1 Year
Customer Service: 1 year
Pass a drug screen
Must be available some Saturdays
