Westrock Coffee Company, LLC ("Westrock") is searching for an Assistant Plant Controller. The Assistant Plant Controller will oversee accounting matters related to Westrock's manufacturing facility in Collins, Little Rock, Arkansas (the "Plant"). The Assistant Plant Controller reports to the Plant Controller at Collins Westrock. This position maintains communication and interacts effectively with all levels of the organization. This position supports internal controls and regulatory compliance procedures, tax reporting, and integration of all corporate initiatives.

Job Duties:

Assist in completing financial support schedules

- comfortable with design and advanced Excel usage
Assist in Reviewing and Accuracy of:
- Inventory held/procured for plant location
- Cost of goods sold/Gross Profit analysis on customers produced at plant location
- Expense maintenance/analysis on Manufacturing operations at plant location
- Balance Sheet reconciliation/review of reconciliations as assigned
- Intercompany accounting with other plant locations and corporate entity
Assist in ensuring Plant's financial control processes and systems comply with company policies, applicable regulations and provide required information
Assist in capital budgeting process and preparation of ROI documentation when needed
Recommend and implement programs/projects to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs.
Working knowledge and application of GAAP Accounting
Team Player and Solution Oriented
Support Controller as needed
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive Accounting Experience
Experience Managing Staff Preferred
B.S. in Accounting and working knowledge and technical application of GAAP
Cost System Background and Analytical Thinking
Advanced Excel skill
Attention to Detail
Motivated and Proactive
Ability to present and articulate information to all areas of the business when needed
Experience in Manufacturing, CPG Preferred
Experience with Net Suite preferred
Experience with Average Cost and Bill of Material Set up a Plus
Ability to be present in a manufacturing environment following all safety rules and regulations
