Apartment Manager
Job Summary
The Apartment Manager will oversee the daily operations of an apartment complex, ensuring efficient management and tenant satisfaction.
Duties
- Manage tenant relations, including conflict resolution and addressing inquiries
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with property rules and regulations
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, vacancies, and leasing activities
- Implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants
- Stay updated on legal administrative procedures, property laws, and Fair Housing regulations
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of leasing procedures and contract negotiation
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants
- Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping systems
- Understanding of property law and legal requirements related to tenancy
- Ability to handle conflicts effectively and maintain a positive living environment
5+ Years experience managing a lease up Apartments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
