- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
- Address and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct inspections to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with property management and other team members to improve community standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
