Apartment Cleaner
KBC Management, Inc. is seeking detail oriented apartment cleaners to assist with preparing units for their next residents. We take pride in maintaining the utmost care and cleanliness of our properties, ensuring our residents have a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout their tenancy. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in upholding these standards by preparing units for new occupants and cleaning building common areas.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Benefits:
Responsibilities:
- Deep clean and sanitize all areas of vacant units, including but not limited to stoves, sinks, ovens, floors, bathrooms, and other living spaces.
- Remove dust, dirt, and debris to achieve a spotless and inviting atmosphere.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as window washing and floor waxing as necessary .
- Dispose of trash and ensure all waste is properly managed.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs discovered during cleaning.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail, ensuring the property's excellence is maintained.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and order.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Reliable and punctual.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy cleaning equipment or materials when required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- An understanding of safety and hygiene standards.
