Anuvia Prevention & Recovery Center is recruiting for a full-time Administrative Specialist for our Residential Services building. The work schedule is 3rd shift; Monday through Friday 10:30pm - 7:00am, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch. Some flexibility as organizationally required. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: High school diploma required. Two years of direct healthcare experience with a preference in substance use disorder treatment experience or equivalent combination of experience and training, or experience and education. Valid NC or SC driver’s license required. Some of the duties required for this position include: Audit programs and services for compliance with organizational needs. Process and follow-up on incoming and outgoing correspondence. Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities. Perform front desk tasks related to personnel, visitors, and clients. Audit client files. Conduct initial verification of client insurance information. Collect fees and set-up payment plans.
