Administrative Assistant to the Finance Department (Internal)
Available: Immediately Terms of Employment: Regular full-time, twelve-month position. Located at the Alva Campus. Duties and Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Administrative Vice President in day-to-day operations as well as working directly with community members, faculty, staff, and students. Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Process University invoices for payment
Maintain files for financial records, such as claims, purchase orders, invoices, and other documents
Coordinate internal and external auditors’ visits
This position will also be directly responsible for the financial operations of the Print Shop on campus. Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Maintenance of internal and external invoices
Management of Print Shop budgets
Ordering supplies, processing of invoice from vendors
Qualifications: High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Purchasing experience preferred. Strong computer skills and strong public relations skills are necessary. Maintaining confidentiality is necessary. Must be motivated and willing to handle a variety of responsibilities. Send Information to:
