Will provide customer service to all walk-in guests, as well as perform a variety of administrative tasks. The hours and level of responsibility may vary by location or line of business.
Responsibilities of Position:
Perform tasks in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Welcome on-site visitors, determines nature of business, has them sign-in as needed, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Provides customer service to all walk-in customers, taking payments, general service/account questions and communication of any necessary issues or changes to Area Inside Sales Manager and/or Area Sales Manager.
Receives daily mail and internal correspondence for distribution.
Responsible for daily balance of all monies received (cash, check, credit card)
Provides administrative support to Inside Sales team and outside sales management team as needed.
Prepare miscellaneous cash/check receipts deposits and maintain related spreadsheet and book.
Coordinates and manages conference room schedules, meeting needs (food, set up, refreshments).
Process all billing and PO processing for supplies, credit cards and building maintenance.
Answer phones promptly and courteously utilizing company procedures.
Receive and respond professionally and courteously to all external/internal customer inquiries.
Handles all GL coding on invoices for accounts payable.
Handles purchasing along with create/receive purchase orders.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.
Maintains and manages the building preventive maintenance schedule and vendors.
Stocks all associated supplies for building/administrative operations.
Coordinates area apparel orders.
Supports administrative needs of management working with in the designated Area.
Assist in other departments as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities Needed for Position:
Proficient in operating a 10 key calculator.
Notary is necessary for the role.
Excellent knowledge of office functions.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills. English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
Always presents and maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle a heavy call volume in a professional and efficient manner.
Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Proven analytical/problem-solving skills for the customer and the company.
Excellent customer service and data entry skills.
Efficient and effective work habits to work both independently and as a team, meeting, and exceeding call center standards.
Ability to identify the root cause of issues, make decisions, and provide solutions.
Ability to react well under pressure and treat others with respect.
Physical Requirements in a Regular workday:
Rarely lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling a max of 10lbs.
Continuously sitting/standing/walking in office environment.
Additional Working Conditions/Aspects:
Ability to work flexible hours; overtime, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.
