Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher to support our Plumbing team in various administrative and logistical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, efficiently manage schedules, and have the ability to comfortably adapt to a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneosly.
Duties
Scheduling- Coordinate and manage daily schedules for service technicians, ensuring timely appointments.
Administrative Support- Assist with all administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and any other assigned tasks.
Dispatching- Assign jobs to technicians based on location, availability, and skill set while maintaining an efficient workflow.
Documentation- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job details, and service outcomes in our database.
Support the organization of schedules, appointments, and meetings for Management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while performing administrative duties.
Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
1 year experience in a personal assistant role. We will train as needed.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
