Job Description: Part-Time Office Administrator Location: Cabot, VT (Hybrid: In-Person & Remote) Position Type: Part-Time
Hourly Rate: $20-$25/hour
Hours: Guaranteed 10 hours per week, with potential for more
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to work with our Business Operations team in Vermont. As the job will involve a high degree of responsibility and independence, we are looking for candidates with strong organizational skills, high working morale, and ready analytical abilities. A high level of patience will be expected, not to mention, a certain comfort level with delivering accurate work in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with numbers and proficient in various computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the business operations team in areas such as:
Payroll processing
Financial reporting
Document filing and organization
Monitoring and logging emails from Corporate Office
General Administrative support tasks
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable with numbers and basic financial concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Familiarity with document scanning and printing equipment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
