Typing and electronically filing correspondence and documents
Assist with compliance maintenance in the organization's electronic database
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date with state regulations
Assist with documentation regarding new staff
Compile and submit state reports
Answer telephone/route calls
Proficiency with Word and Excel and tracking systems
Significant data entry, uploading documents, sending documents, tracking items
Working in both the Electronic Bari Trax System and state system called SACWIS
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
One year general office experience
Must be proficient in the Windows operating system
Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
