Position Overview:: The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Director of Fleet & Fleet Office Manager and team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities::

- Assist the Fleet Office Staff with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for Recalls.

- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to fleet operations.

- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service schedules, ensuring timely updates and compliance.

- Respond to inquiries from staff and clients, providing information and support as needed.

- Support management efforts by maintaining accurate and organized Fleet files.

- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications::

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or consulting industry.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and office management software.
