Job Title: Administrative - Supply Chain Distribution Tech
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative - Supply Chain Distribution Tech. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the supply chain and distribution team by performing administrative tasks, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track shipments
Process orders and invoices in a timely manner
Coordinate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Assist with inventory forecasting and planning
Communicate regularly with internal teams to provide updates on supply chain activities
Manage documentation and paperwork related to shipments
Handle any issues or discrepancies with orders or shipments
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in supply chain or distribution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics operations
