The Nursing, AHP and Quality Directorate is looking for an administrator to work within the Safe Staffing team.
The post holder will provide an effective administrative service within the Nursing, AHP and Quality Directorate working predominantly with Safer Staffing Team. The role will be to support the Safe Staffing Lead, producing timely information, collation and analysis of data, presented at Trust Board.
The post holder will be flexible and use their initiative to organise their own workload dependent on the priorities and requirements. The post holder will assist and co-ordinate aspects that link into Safer Staffing including implementation of the Safer Staffing Tools, acuity and dependency measurement tools, organise training sessions, note taking and diary management. As one of the core members of the teams, the administrator has a pivotal role in coordinating team business and in the receiving/ dissemination of information.
The role requires the post holder to have effective information technology skills for the undertaking of data entry and also the recording and maintenance of information for the teams. An element of the post will require the individual to have telephone and face to face contact with Directors, Service Leads, professionals, internal/ external colleagues and organisations.
