Role purpose: As a member of the group’s Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Health & Safety is responsible for devising, implementing and leading the company’s Health & Safety strategy, driving a culture where Health & Safety is front of mind with everyone (employees, contractors and visitors) every day, and in which everyone feels responsible, capable, and empowered to take action to protect their own Health & Safety as well that of their work colleagues.
