Outbound Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Outbound Customer Service Advisor to join our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From £24,860.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential customers to promote products/services, handling warm leads and prospecting for new business.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing queries effectively.
- Direct Sales: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow Up: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on leads, ensuring a strong pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or customer service, preferably in a direct sales environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering results.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and confident.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
