Marketing Associate
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our direct sales team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. Your primary responsibility will be to execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products/services and lead to successful sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales: Engage with potential customers through direct marketing channels (events, face-to-face interactions, phone calls, etc.) to drive sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify and acquire potential leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement direct sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the industry.
- Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, and lead conversions to provide actionable insights to the team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
