We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure that the team meets or exceeds targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee lead generation efforts
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize offerings and campaigns
- Set and track KPIs, budgets, and forecasts for the sales department

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
