We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing delivery service company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to generate leads and close deals. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our delivery services to potential clients, building long-term relationships, and helping to drive the company’s growth in Ajman.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our delivery services to potential clients, building long-term relationships, and helping to drive the company’s growth in Ajman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell delivery services to businesses and individual customers.
- Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs set by the management team.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the delivery and operations team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics, delivery, or courier industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good understanding of the delivery/logistics sector is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
