HR Manager
*Job Title:* HR Manager

*Job Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager to lead our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR management experience in the UAE, with a deep understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with company goals.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, including visa processing, employment contracts, and other HR legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
- Administer payroll and benefits in compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR matters, including workforce planning and organizational development.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Stay updated on changes to UAE employment laws and practices, ensuring timely adaptation of HR policies.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and legal compliance.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with HR software and payroll systems.
