Mall Leasing Manager
Job Title: Mall Leasing Manager:
Salary: AED 5000 per month
Commission: 5% on sales or agreed metrics
Job Description:
As a Mall Leasing Manager, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the mall to ensure smooth functioning, tenant satisfaction, and increased profitability. You will be responsible for coordinating between various departments, ensuring high standards of customer service, and optimizing mall operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of mall operations, including tenant relations, facilities management, security, maintenance, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive mall footfall, maximize retail performance, and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure all tenants comply with lease agreements, mall policies, and regulations.
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams to ensure the mall remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Handle leasing management, including tenant negotiations, renewals, and rent collection.
- Monitor and manage the mall’s budget, expenses, and financial performance.
- Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to increase traffic and sales.
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and initiate necessary repairs and improvements.

Requirements:
- *Minimum 5 years of experience* in a similar role within the retail or mall management sector.

- Proven ability to drive footfall and improve retail performance.
- *Must own a car* and have a valid UAE driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
