Sales Executive - Outdoor

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with a strong background in the auto spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth. This role requires a candidate who is highly motivated, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and has a deep understanding of the auto spare parts market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling within the auto spare parts industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with clients for auto spare parts products.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and handle objections to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Provide excellent post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure seamless customer service and timely deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the auto spare parts sales industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • In-depth knowledge of auto spare parts and the ability to understand technical product specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications, plus commission.
