We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/ Manager to join our team with a strong background in broadcast advertising and agency sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of revenue generation from the first month, excellent market connections, and the ability to drive business growth.

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/ Manager to join our team with a strong background in broadcast advertising and agency sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of revenue generation from the first month, excellent market connections, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business in the broadcast advertising sector.
- Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating revenue generation from the first month.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in broadcast advertising and agency sales.
- Strong network and connections within the market.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets from the first month.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
