Computer Instructor (Part-Time/Full-Time)
We are a well-established educational institute in Sharjah, dedicated to providing high-quality education and practical skills training to our students. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Computer Instructor to join our team and deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in various software applications.
Job Description: The Computer Instructor will be responsible for teaching students a range of software applications, ensuring they gain practical skills and knowledge to excel in their careers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for technology and education.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for various software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Auto CAD, AI tools, and programming languages.
- Provide hands-on instruction and practical training to students in a classroom setting.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
- Stay updated with the latest software trends and updates, including advancements in AI, to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment, encouraging student participation and collaboration.
- Assist in the development of course materials, including handouts, tutorials, and online resources.
- Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate records of attendance and grades.
- Provide support and guidance to students, addressing their questions and concerns related to course content.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience and ensure consistency in teaching methods and standards.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Computer Instructor or similar role, with a strong track record of effective teaching and student success.
- Proficiency in a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Auto CAD, AI tools, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment, motivating students to achieve their full potential.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms is a plus.
