We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, generating interest in our products/services, and closing sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services
- Manage inbound calls and provide information on offerings
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Achieve sales targets and meet call handling quotas
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activity in CRM
- Follow up on leads and ensure excellent post-sale service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
