Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to generate new listing opportunities and identify potential leads through proactive telesales activities. This position is ideal for someone with a persuasive communication style and a knack for sales, who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively call prospects to generate new property listings and identify potential sales or leasing leads.
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects, including detailed logs of calls and sales.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential property owners or sellers.
• Deliver prepared sales scripts that describe our company's services, with the aim to persuade potential clients to work with us.
• Answer potential clients' questions about properties, procedures, and services.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to ensure competent discussions with prospective clients.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures and report insights to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices; real estate CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• High school degree; additional education or experience in sales or real estate is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are advantageous.
